Bona Hardwood Floor Cleaner

I've got hardwood floors throughout my house and wanted to know if using Bona hardwood floor cleaner is safe in your opinion? I've had other hardwood floors in other houses where I used vinegar and water and it dries out the wood and causes it to split. Generally hardwood floor nanufacturers don't recommend using water on wood floors regardless, but I really like clean floors.

Thank you for all the fabulous info. We are looking to remodel our house and live in it 5-7 years before we build a house with a more non toxic budget. I am trying to find a good wood flooring that I won’t be worried about us living with but also something that we can afford for our remodel. Our contractor would like to use lifeproof vinyl plank, which claim to be phthalate & formaldehyde free. Any other cautions for this brand?

We recently bought a new home, tore out the carpet, and replaced it with engineered hardwoods (a week ago) that had to be glued down because part of our split-level is on a concrete slab. This company has installed hardwoods for us on three other occasions without issue. But this time, the floors smell AWFUL.

I work in a medical office and they have to redo the flooring. Fortunately i am away for 2 weeks while this is being done. I did a little research and found that Marmoleum a type of linoleum is non-toxic. I am a little scared that even after 2 weeks the rooms will still smell like linseed oil and that I will react to it.
